Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix everything until fully combined, ensuring the spinach and cheese are evenly distributed.
- Form the mixture into burger patties, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden-brown.
- Serve on burger buns with your choice of toppings.
