- 4 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash the cucumbers thoroughly under cool running water, removing any dirt or wax. If desired, peel them for a slightly milder flavor.
- Dice the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces, enjoying the snap as you cut. Transfer them to your large mixing bowl.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl.
- Pour the creamy ranch dressing over the mixture. Use a spatula or tongs to gently toss the ingredients.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. If using, sprinkle in the fresh dill and mix again.
- Refrigerate the salad for about 30 minutes for maximum flavor.
