Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
