Instructions
- Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
- Prepare the teriyaki sauce: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the salmon fillets. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and opaque.
- Add the teriyaki sauce over the salmon in the last minute of cooking and let it thicken slightly.
- Stir-fry the mixed vegetables until vibrant and tender-crisp.
- Assemble the bowls by placing jasmine rice, topping with glazed salmon and stir-fried vegetables, garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
