  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
  2. Prepare the teriyaki sauce: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger, and cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the salmon fillets. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and opaque.
  4. Add the teriyaki sauce over the salmon in the last minute of cooking and let it thicken slightly.
  5. Stir-fry the mixed vegetables until vibrant and tender-crisp.
  6. Assemble the bowls by placing jasmine rice, topping with glazed salmon and stir-fried vegetables, garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
