Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Add the pineapple chunks and teriyaki sauce to coat the chicken well.
  3. Mix in the chopped bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, mixing gently.
  5. Let the slow cooker cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
