- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Add the pineapple chunks and teriyaki sauce to coat the chicken well.
- Mix in the chopped bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper, mixing gently.
- Let the slow cooker cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken and serve over bowls of rice.
