- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
For the Layers:
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam, slightly warmed (optional)
For the Topping:
- Whipped cream
- Fresh strawberry slices
- Crushed graham crackers
- White chocolate shavings
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Beat the mascarpone, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cheese mixture.
- Stir in the diced strawberries, reserving a few for garnish.
- Mix the milk and vanilla extract in a shallow bowl.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the milk mixture, being careful not to soak them.
- Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Spread half of the strawberry cheesecake filling over the ladyfingers.
- Drizzle with a little strawberry jam if using.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining filling.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight for the best texture and flavor.
- Before serving, decorate with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, crushed graham crackers, white chocolate shavings, and mint.
