Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets in cornstarch until they are evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil.
  4. Bake the cauliflower for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Mix soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  6. Toss the baked cauliflower in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to thicken the sauce.
