- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the diced pineapple, chopped jalapeños, red onion, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and lime juice. Stir well to ensure everything mixes beautifully.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture begins to simmer gently.
- Lower the heat, allowing the chutney to cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, stirring intermittently until the pineapple softens and the mixture thickens.
