These homemade Soft Chicken Dog Treats are tender, chewy, and packed with simple chicken flavor! They’re perfect for training, rewarding good behavior, or giving your pup a special homemade snack.

- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, finely shredded
- 1 egg
- ½ cup oat flour
- ¼ cup plain pumpkin purée
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2–3 tablespoons water, as needed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the cooked chicken, egg, pumpkin purée, and olive oil to a bowl. Mix well.
- Add the oat flour and stir until a soft dough forms. Add a little water if needed.
- Roll the dough into small balls and gently flatten them, or shape them into small bite-sized treats.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the treats are cooked through and lightly golden.
- Let them cool completely before serving.
Notes
Use plain, fully cooked chicken with no bones, onion, garlic, or seasoning. Treats should be given in moderation and should not replace a complete, balanced dog diet.
