Instructions
- Cook the Potatoes: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Toss the diced red potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 16–18 minutes, shaking halfway through.

- Cook the Beef: Increase heat to medium-high, add ground beef, breaking it up gently and pressing into the pan. Cook for 5–7 minutes until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning until smooth.
- Assemble the Bowls: Start with a layer of crispy potatoes, then add cooked beef, caramelized onions, shredded cheese, special sauce, and fresh toppings.
