  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow or Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • Pickles
  • Extra lettuce & fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Potatoes: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Toss the diced red potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 16–18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  2. Caramelize the Onions: Heat a skillet over medium-low heat, add olive oil and diced onions, stirring for 10–15 minutes until soft and golden.
  3. Cook the Beef: Increase heat to medium-high, add ground beef, breaking it up gently and pressing into the pan. Cook for 5–7 minutes until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning until smooth.
  5. Assemble the Bowls: Start with a layer of crispy potatoes, then add cooked beef, caramelized onions, shredded cheese, special sauce, and fresh toppings.
