Ingredients
Scale
- 12 no-boil lasagna noodles

- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 1 lb ground beef or sausage
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- Spoon ricotta over the noodles, followed by the browned meat mixture and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper between layers.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until noodles are tender and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving to allow layers to set.
Notes
