Ingredients

- Mushrooms (8 oz, sliced)
- Beef broth (1 cup)
- Worcestershire sauce (2 tbsp)
- Onion (1, chopped)
Instructions
- Sear the beef: Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear the beef in batches, allowing it to brown on all sides.
- Combine in slow cooker: Transfer the seared beef to the slow cooker. Add the sliced mushrooms, chopped onion, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the beef becomes tender.
- Serve: Serve hot with rice or crusty bread.
