Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Mix the salsa verde and spices in a medium bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot with forks or shredder claws.
- Serve with fresh cilantro on top.
