Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Mix the salsa verde and spices in a medium bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken in the crockpot with forks or shredder claws.
  6. Serve with fresh cilantro on top.
