Description

Delightful chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy filling of spinach and cheeses, channeling the renowned flavors of fine dining.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the filling mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  6. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Allow chicken to rest before slicing.
