Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate eggs gently.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each ball slightly using a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
