Instructions

  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Flatten each ball slightly using a fork.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
