- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened and xylitol-free
- ½ cup 100% pure pumpkin puree
- ½ ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, xylitol-free (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons water, if needed
Instructions
- Add the Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, banana, and peanut butter to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add a little water if needed to reach a spreadable consistency.
- Spread the mixture evenly over a clean silicone lick mat.
- Use a spoon or spatula to press the mixture into the grooves of the mat.
- Serve immediately, or place the lick mat in the freezer for 2–3 hours for a longer-lasting frozen treat.
- Supervise your dog while using the lick mat.
Notes
This is an occasional treat and should not replace a complete and balanced dog diet. Use 100% pure pumpkin puree with no added sugar or spices, and choose yogurt that is unsweetened and xylitol-free.
