- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, rice, black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare the baking dish: Lightly grease your baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly in the dish.
