  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup salsa

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, rice, black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
