- 1 medium potato
- 1 egg
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 tablespoons plain pumpkin puree
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel the potato, cut it into small pieces, and boil until completely soft.
- Drain well and mash until smooth.
- Add the egg and plain pumpkin puree. Mix well.
- Gradually add the oat flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough out to about ¼ inch (6 mm) thick.
- Use a bone-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the biscuits.
- Place the bones on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until firm and lightly golden.
- Let them cool completely before serving.
