Ingredients

  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup oat flour

 

  • 2 tablespoons plain pumpkin puree

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Peel the potato, cut it into small pieces, and boil until completely soft.
  • Drain well and mash until smooth.
  • Add the egg and plain pumpkin puree. Mix well.
  • Gradually add the oat flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Roll the dough out to about ¼ inch (6 mm) thick.
  • Use a bone-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the biscuits.
  • Place the bones on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until firm and lightly golden.

 

  • Let them cool completely before serving.
