Description

Ingredients

  • 200g Pork (belly or shoulder)
  • 200g Noodles (egg, udon, or rice noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • Green Onions for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until they reach a perfect al dente texture. Drain them and set aside.
  2. Sauté Garlic: In a wok or large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Brown the Pork: Add sliced pork to the pan and stir continuously for 4-5 minutes until browned and caramelized.
  4. Add Vegetables: Toss in mixed vegetables, stirring until softened but still crunchy, about 3 minutes.
  5. Sauce It Up: Drizzle in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat pork and vegetables evenly.
  6. Fold in Noodles: Gently add the cooked noodles, folding them in to coat with sauce.
  7. Serve and Garnish: Plate your Pork Noodles, garnishing with fresh green onions.
