Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup Snap Peas
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles by boiling them according to package instructions. Once they reach the perfect al dente texture, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the skillet or wok over medium heat and pour in the sesame oil until it shimmers.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
  4. Toss in the ground pork, pressing it against the pan to caramelize it. Stir frequently until it’s fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. Stir in the bell peppers, shredded carrots, and snap peas until they are tender yet crisp.
  6. Incorporate the soy sauce, stirring well to coat every ingredient.
  7. Combine the cooked noodles, tossing everything together until flavors meld.
  8. Season to taste with salt and pepper, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.
