- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Carrot, shredded
- 1 cup Snap Peas
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles by boiling them according to package instructions. Once they reach the perfect al dente texture, drain and set aside.
- Heat the skillet or wok over medium heat and pour in the sesame oil until it shimmers.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the ground pork, pressing it against the pan to caramelize it. Stir frequently until it’s fully cooked and golden brown.
- Stir in the bell peppers, shredded carrots, and snap peas until they are tender yet crisp.
- Incorporate the soy sauce, stirring well to coat every ingredient.
- Combine the cooked noodles, tossing everything together until flavors meld.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.
