  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Cool the crust completely before adding the filling.
  6. Beat the cream cheese in another bowl until smooth.
  7. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well.
  8. Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and whipped topping gently.
  9. Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
