Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Start by dicing the fresh pineapple into small, bite-sized pieces. Next, finely chop the red onion and cilantro.
- Combine the base: In a large mixing bowl, gently add the diced pineapple, minced chipotle peppers, finely chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro. Fold the ingredients together carefully.
- Add the finishing touches: Squeeze the juice of a lime over the mixture, and add salt to taste. Stir gently.
