- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine shredded chicken, diced pineapple, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Grill the mixture for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through and slightly caramelized.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
