Ingredients

  • 8 small corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine shredded chicken, diced pineapple, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Grill the mixture for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through and slightly caramelized.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
