Philly Cheesesteak Tortilla Roll Ups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack that combines the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak in a convenient roll-up form.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (such as ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Lay out a tortilla and sprinkle with a layer of provolone cheese.
- Add a portion of the beef and vegetable mixture on top of the cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and slice into pinwheels.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the filling.
- These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or marinara.
