- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 jalapeño, seeded (optional)
Instructions
- Marinade the chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and coat the chicken breasts. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 2 hours.
- Prepare the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken: Place marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Make the creamy green sauce: Blend cilantro leaves, green onions, mayonnaise, lime juice, and jalapeño until smooth.
