Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened and xylitol-free)
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
  • 1 ripe banana

 

  • 2 tablespoons water (if needed for blending)
  • Optional Add-Ins:

    • ¼ cup pumpkin puree (100% pure pumpkin)
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped blueberries
    • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, banana, and water (if needed) to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in any optional add-ins if using.
  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
  • Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.

 

  • Pop the frozen cubes out of the molds and serve straight from the freezer.
