Instructions
- Start by softening the cream cheese to room temperature for easy blending.
- Beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is velvety and smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Prepare the strawberry gelatin according to the package instructions.
- Assemble the layers in your 9×9 inch dish, starting with graham crackers.
- Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture followed by sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cream cheese on top.
- Pour the cooled gelatin over the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Slice chilled and serve.
Notes
