Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup White Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the muffin tin with liners or grease lightly.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl until smooth and glossy.
  5. Combine wet and dry mixtures, folding gently.
  6. Scoop the batter into muffin cups about two-thirds full.
  7. Sprinkle sugar or nuts on top for crunch.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
