- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Prepare the Couscous: In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a vigorous boil. Add the couscous, stir gently, then cover the pot, remove it from heat, and let it sit for 5 minutes. When ready, fluff the couscous with a fork.
- Sauté Aromatics: In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Add the diced chicken to the skillet. Cook for approximately 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken pieces are thoroughly browned and cooked through.
- Add Vegetables and Spices: Stir in the diced bell pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften and the spices to bloom.
- Assemble and Serve: Plate the couscous generously, and spoon the chicken mixture over the top. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
