Soft, savory, and bite-sized! These Mini Potato Dog Muffins are made with simple ingredients and are perfect as an occasional treat or training reward for your pup.

- 1 medium potato, peeled
- 1 small carrot, finely grated
- 1 egg
- ½ cup oat flour
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel the potato, cut it into small pieces, and boil until very soft.
- Drain and mash the potato until smooth.
- Add the grated carrot, egg, oat flour, and Greek yogurt.
- Mix until you have a thick, scoopable batter.
- Lightly grease a mini muffin pan or use silicone molds.
- Spoon the mixture into the molds, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the muffins are firm and lightly golden.
- Let them cool completely before serving.
Notes
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days. You can also freeze them for longer storage.
