Description

Delicious mini grilled cheese sandwiches made with sweet Hawaiian rolls and gooey cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 12 Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
  • 6 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  3. Butter the outer sides of each roll.
  4. Add a layer of one or two slices of cheese between the rolls.
  5. Arrange the assembled rolls on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
