Instructions
- Combine mango juice, soy sauce, honey, minced ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil in a large mixing bowl.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Let soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Arrange the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or cook in a skillet for 6-8 minutes per side.
