Delicious hot roast beef sliders served with a savory au jus dipping sauce, perfect for parties or a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the roast beef on the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the roast beef.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  7. Brush the melted butter over the top of the buns.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  9. Serve the sliders warm with the au jus dipping sauce on the side.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some horseradish sauce to the roast beef.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
