Delicious hot roast beef sliders served with a savory au jus dipping sauce, perfect for parties or a quick meal.

- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine beef broth, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the roast beef.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the buns.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Serve the sliders warm with the au jus dipping sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some horseradish sauce to the roast beef.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Feel free to use different types of cheese if desired.
