Delicious and crispy shrimp bites coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the sauce.
- In another bowl, set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each shrimp in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the shrimp until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove shrimp from the pan and toss them in the honey garlic sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the shrimp in breadcrumbs.
- Adjust the sweetness of the sauce by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with a side of rice or salad for a complete meal.
