Delicious and crispy shrimp bites coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the sauce.
  2. In another bowl, set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each shrimp in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the shrimp until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove shrimp from the pan and toss them in the honey garlic sauce.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crunch, double coat the shrimp in breadcrumbs.
  • Adjust the sweetness of the sauce by adding more or less honey.
  • Serve with a side of rice or salad for a complete meal.
