- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
- Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and add to the bowl with the potatoes.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and potatoes, then mix well.
- Mix the barbecue sauce and honey in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes, stirring until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender and golden.
- Remove from the oven, cool for a few minutes, and garnish with green onions or parsley.
Notes
For crispy results, avoid overcrowding the pan. You can also prepare the dish ahead of time and refrigerate it.
