Instructions

- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about 12×15 inches.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch of border around the edges.
- Roll the dough tightly, starting from one long side, until you form a log shape.
- Pinch the ends to seal the Stromboli tightly.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
