Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about 12×15 inches.
  3. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch of border around the edges.
  4. Roll the dough tightly, starting from one long side, until you form a log shape.
  5. Pinch the ends to seal the Stromboli tightly.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Cut a few slits on the top to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
