- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add rolled oats, baking soda, and salt to the mixture. Mix until combined into a thick dough.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown and centers are slightly soft.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
Make-ahead: Refrigerate dough for up to 3 days or freeze for later. Bake straight from the freezer, adding a couple of minutes to bake time.
