Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add rolled oats, baking soda, and salt to the mixture. Mix until combined into a thick dough.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown and centers are slightly soft.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes
