Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Divide the batter into two bowls; tint one green and the other red with food coloring.
- Spread the green batter evenly on the baking sheet, then swirl in the red batter for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before rolling it up with parchment paper.
- After cooling completely, unroll the cake and spread whipped cream on top.
- Roll the cake back up, dust with powdered sugar, and slice to serve.
