Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of a slice of bread and place it in the skillet butter-side down.
  3. Add cheese slices on top of the bread.
  4. Top with another slice of bread, butter-side up.
  5. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip the sandwich gently using a spatula and cook the other side until golden and the cheese has melted, another 3-4 minutes.
