Description

Delicious gluten-free monster cookies filled with peanut butter, chocolate chips, and M&Ms for a fun and chewy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup M&Ms
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine peanut butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, M&Ms, baking soda, and salt until well mixed.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  6. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
