Delicious gluten-free monster cookies filled with peanut butter, chocolate chips, and M&Ms for a fun and chewy treat.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup M&Ms
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine peanut butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in oats, chocolate chips, M&Ms, baking soda, and salt until well mixed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
