  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
  • Steamed rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Coat the chicken: In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until each piece is well coated.
