Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Begin by placing the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot. Nestle the halved baby potatoes around them.
  2. Combine your flavor blend: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Pour this tantalizing mixture over the chicken and potatoes. Use a spatula to gently coat everything evenly.
