Description
A delightful blend of tender garlic butter steak bites, crispy fries, and a fresh salad, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Soak the potato fries in cold water for 20 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry, then toss with vegetable oil and salt.
- Bake fries at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, or air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over high heat and add steak, searing for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until butter melts and garlic is fragrant.
- Include the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet, sautéing until softened and golden.
- Serve on a plate with a bed of shredded lettuce, sliced cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes alongside crispy fries and garlic butter steak bites.
Notes
Soak fries for best crispiness and marinate steak ahead for more flavor.
