Instructions

  1. Prep the steak: Start by patting the steak bites dry with paper towels. Season all sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the skillet: In a large skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Sear the steak: Carefully add the steak bites to the hot skillet without overcrowding. Sear for 1-2 minutes on each side until they develop a golden-brown crust. Remove from skillet and set aside.
