Description
Quick and easy Garlic Butter Steak Bites accompanied by vibrant zucchini, delivering gourmet flavor in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the steak bites by patting them dry with paper towels and seasoning generously with salt and black pepper.
- Sear the steak by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and adding the steak bites in a single layer. Sear for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the seared steak bites from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet, lowering the heat to medium.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the melted butter for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the zucchini half-moons and sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine the seared steak bites back into the skillet, tossing gently to coat them with garlic butter. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure steak is at room temperature before cooking for even results. Avoid overcrowding the skillet to achieve a perfect sear.
