Ingredients
Scale
- 4 to 6 lobster tails (about 5–6 oz each), thawed if frozen
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4–5 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (reserve some for garnish)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Pinch of paprika
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting down the center of the top shell and loosening the meat to rest on top.
- Make the garlic butter sauce by whisking melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush with garlic butter sauce.
- Bake or broil for 8–10 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and the shells become vibrant red.
- Drizzle remaining garlic butter over the tails, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For best results, thaw lobster tails overnight in the refrigerator. Air fryers can also be used for quicker cooking.
