Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can (15 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the meats and ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Simmer the sauce by pouring marinara and water into a skillet.
  4. Cook the meatballs in the skillet until fully submerged in sauce.
  5. Flip the meatballs halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
  6. Serve and enjoy with pasta, a sandwich, or on their own.
