  • 2 green onions (chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by chopping the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix in the crockpot combining the chicken, minced garlic, and frozen mixed vegetables.
  3. Add the low-sodium soy sauce and sesame oil over the top.
  4. Stir gently using a spatula to ensure even coating.
  5. Cover and set the crockpot to low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  6. Add the cooked rice about 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
