- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Sear the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side, and remove from skillet.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds.
- Create the sauce by adding chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up bits from the skillet.
- Whisk in heavy cream, lemon zest, thyme, and rosemary; simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Finish by returning chicken to the sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a healthier version, consider air-frying the chicken and adjust the cooking time. You can prep the sauce a day ahead and store it in the refrigerator.
