Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Fresh Vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, grated carrots, avocado)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (coriander, mint, basil, dill)
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Chat Masala
- 4 slices of Bread (whole grain, sourdough, or white)
Instructions
- Prepare the Hung Curd: In a mixing bowl, combine hung curd with salt, black pepper, and chat masala, blending until creamy.
- Chop the Vegetables: Finely chop fresh vegetables and herbs.
- Combine: Gently fold the chopped vegetables and herbs into the hung curd.
- Prepare the Bread: Toast bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread & Assemble: Slather the creamy filling onto one slice of bread and top with another slice.
- Toast (Optional): Heat the assembled sandwich in a pan or toaster until golden.
- Serve: Slice in half and enjoy warm or cold.

Make ahead by preparing hung curd and chopping vegetables the night before. Store separately until serving.
