Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, grated carrots, avocado)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (coriander, mint, basil, dill)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Chat Masala
  • 4 slices of Bread (whole grain, sourdough, or white)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Hung Curd: In a mixing bowl, combine hung curd with salt, black pepper, and chat masala, blending until creamy.
  2. Chop the Vegetables: Finely chop fresh vegetables and herbs.
  3. Combine: Gently fold the chopped vegetables and herbs into the hung curd.
  4. Prepare the Bread: Toast bread slices until golden brown.
  5. Spread & Assemble: Slather the creamy filling onto one slice of bread and top with another slice.
  6. Toast (Optional): Heat the assembled sandwich in a pan or toaster until golden.
  7. Serve: Slice in half and enjoy warm or cold.
